The workshop will focus on drills and exercises to help achieve the 540 jump.

Please note the 540 is an advanced acrobatic trick - We can not guarantee students will achieve the skill on the day (hopefully some do!) However students will learn a good foundation of what drills will help achieve the 540 with on going practice.

All acrobats and gymnasts with previous experience are welcome! You don't need to be a regular student at IEM.
