This class is designed for those new to yoga and at all levels who want to learn better alignment. Ideal for improving your strength and flexibility.
Trial / casual class: $18
Term rate: $128.00 ($16 per class) - pay upfront before Jan 29th 2025.

Please note, our Centre is closed on Monday 10th March for Labour Day, so there will be no Hatha Yoga class on that day.
