FOR AGES 12 AND ABOVE4 Hours
The Workshop:
-We define who they are, what they need & identify their strengths & weaknesses both mentally & physically. We will stimulate the mindset to get a better result from the body, which in turn will create a better efficiency in their energy & more efficiency in their effort. We highlight the importance of feeling respected and valued, while identifying opportunities in becoming a better version of themselves both on & off the court.
-The On-court will be determined by what has been discussed in the workshop.
