Our Community Quilts Sew Days are an opportunity for members to create quilt blocks, quilt tops and quilts to contribute to the guild’s philanthropy program. Only members may attend our Community Quilts Sew Days.
Sunday meetings are on the ground-floor (no stairs) so easy access to bring your own sewing machine.
Room 2 at the Elwood and St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre (ESNLC; 87 Tennyson Street, Elwood, Vic. 3184).
Meetings are from 10am - 4pm and the time includes set up and pack up. Please assist in the tidy up before you leave.
Parking is available in the street and at the rear of the centre.
Public transport options are available.
Please bring your own sewing machines and all sewing supplies e.g. cutting mats, rotary cutters or scissors, pins, threads etc.
You may BYO lunch or purchase at the cafe, bakery or supermarket in Tennyson st, as well as many cafes nearby (12 minute walk).
