Experience a vibrant, mindful Open Floor movement practice where no dance experience is required. Together, we will find solid ground in the present moment, release unwanted baggage from the past year, and envision how you'd love to live in 2025.
Facilitated by Henry Fowkes, a teacher of Open Floor Movement Practice and experiences group facilitator, this workshop invites you to create space for new perspectives and possibilities.
