2025 Diversity and Inclusion Climbing Fun Day
The Scouts Victoria Climbing Team is committed to building diversity and inclusion amongst our members and promoting a safe environment where every Scout can feel represented and included.
As such, we are pleased to announce a climbing fun day to be led by Kristy (she/her) and Sahara (they/them). This event will focus on promoting rock climbing for women and those who are gender diverse. Our event team will also be primarily female and gender diverse.
Over the last few years, there has been a positive shift towards inclusivity in our team, however, we are still limited in capacity as we aim to grow and train our new members. We hope this event will continue the trend while also providing opportunities to develop the women and gender-diverse members we already have.
