This free event will provide you a chance to exhibit your not-for-profit organisation, gain exposure, provide information to the community on who you are, what you do and why they might like to be involved!Planning is currently underway!
Please save the date in your calendar and more details will be confirmed in early 2025.
What to expect:
• Site allocation for you to display flyers, materials, equipment or even vehicles!
• Stallholder package: resources to help with attracting volunteers
• Marketing of event and Stallholders leading up to the event
• Free exposure to community
• Opportunity to drive volunteer recruitment
• Free Sausage Sizzle
• Short info sessions on volunteer recruitment and succession planning
• Children’s entertainment
Bump in will be available from 7.00am - 9.00am
9.00am - Exclusive information session for all stallholders on attracting & retaining volunteers, followed by succession planning.
10.00am - Expo opens
