Stata 2 Online 2025: Reproducible data analysis in Stata
In this second Stata course, participants will learn how to carry out basic data analysis. The emphasis is on techniques for organising work efficiently and reproducibly in Stata. The data analysis topics covered include: producing descriptive statistics, calculating confidence intervals, hypothesis testing (using chi square, t-tests and nonparametric tests), calculating odds ratios and relative risks and basic regression analysis. Students will be shown how to save the results of analyses directly into Excel or Word.
