We are delighted to welcome the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra with a profound new program curated by lead violinist Sarah Curro.

If you love classical music, you will not want to miss this incredible matinee at The Union in Wonthaggi.

Enjoy moving music by modern masters including Debussy, Britten and Webern features alongside some of most poignant poetry of the 20th century.

 Join us to reflect and be moved by the soothing balm of music and words written in times of darkness.

Each year, the MSO and MSO Chorus present more than 180 public events across live performances, TV, radio and online broadcasts, and via its online concert hall, MSO.LIVE, engaging an audience of more than five million people in 56 countries. In 2024 the organisation will release its first two albums on the newly established MSO recording label.

The Union Theatre, Wonthaggi is located at 96 Graham St, Wonthaggi.
Please arrive early to ensure you have time to find parking, scan your tickets, and purchase snacks and beverages.

Accessible and wheelchair seating available.
Companion tickets available via box-office with valid companion card.
All tickets are non-refundable. Children aged 12 and over can attend Bass Coast Cultural Venues unaccompanied.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian (18+) while on the premises.
