By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
CANCELLATIONS-
If you book an allocated spot at the Phillip Island Baptist Church Car Boot Sale but can not attend, cancellations must be made before 5pm on Friday 8th of March by contacting the event organiser.
If the event does not go ahead due to low bookings, weather, or any other reason a the organiser's discretion, the booking will be cancelled and refunded minus the trybooking admin fee.
INSURANCE COVER
By registering for this event you understand that you are responsible for your own liability insurance to cover you personally, your belongings, your income/cash and your stall. Phillip Island Baptist Church does not take responsibility for loss or damage to you, your stall or your belongings.
MARQUEES
Marquees/tents/shelters will only be accepted on your site if they are weighted down with weights. Pegs are not acceptable. No umbrellas.

Please BYO Table. No tables available from PIBC
ENTRY AND EXIT
Please enter the site via Settlement Road only within the designated entry time. If you have a second car bringing goods, entry will only be permitted together. Please wait on Settlement Road for your second car and enter together.
ACCEPTABLE GOODS FOR SALE - NO SERVICES ACCEPTED
This is a family friendly event - no dangerous, illegal, illicit, or graphic items may be sold at this event. The event organisers have the right to ask for removal of goods outside of these stipulations and to their own judgement of what is deemed 'family friendly'.
DOGS
In the interest of safety of stall holders and patrons, all dogs must be under control at all times. If your dog may be upset by other dogs or by a large amount of noise and people, please find alternate arrangements for the day.
SUPERVISION
Our safety supervisors and the local police will be monitoring the set up and sale of goods at PIBC Carboot Sale.
