Join me for a 45 minute Invigorating Yoga Flow Class at the School of Arts in Millthorpe.The Class will be an Invigorating Yoga Flow which will bringing some warming energy to activate your inner fire. This class is suitable for all levels and ages however will be more suitable for those who have previously practiced yoga.This will be a 8 week term, commencing on Thursday 2nd January through to Thursday 27th February and will run from 8am - 8:45am. Prices below.
$30 Per person per class or 8 classes (Full term for $200)
