ABOUT THE TECHNIQUE: 
Based on an ancient Egyptian ritual from the Temple of Isis for “cleansing of the spirit”, this beautiful, intuitive technique is performed in silence and reverence. 

The Technique incorporates a sacred anointing sequence with 14 of Young Living’s therapeutic-grade essential oils, intertwined with subtle bodywork techniques and loving ritual, in order to promote a deep and sacred state of connection in both the giver and the receiver. 

The deeply relaxing effects of the essential oils and subtle bodywork carry you into a blissful state of “presence”. At the same time, the innate intelligence of the essential oils will stimulate memories and emotions. 

Receiving the technique is like a profound inner vision quest, carrying you wherever you need to go in order to reach clarity and understanding, and offering you a powerful tool for insight and transformation.  

In this workshop, you will both learn and receive this technique, as well as learning how to use Young Living’s therapeutic-grade essential oils and other bodywork techniques to promote a deep and sacred state of connectedness. This technique can be used on its own, or empower any other modality you use (including Reiki and massage).


WHY THIS TECHNIQUE IS SO POWERFUL:
Our sense of smell is the only one of our 5 senses that directly accesses the Amygdala (in the Limbic system of the brain) where emotional memories and trauma are stored. Because of their aroma, therapeutic-grade essential oils are able to exert a powerful balancing effect on the emotions and help facilitate the release of emotional trauma.

Many essential oils also help to carry oxygen to the brain, thus stimulating the pineal and pituitary glands (and in turn enhancing the sense of inner and spiritual connection). The combination of these 2 effects (that is, balancing emotions and enhancing inner connection) makes this technique the perfect tool to help unlock and transform emotional blockages.

We are delighted to announce the Bay Vista Retreat as our venue for this event. Think of a peaceful home away from home; nestled amongst nature, sprawling gardens abundant with wildlife, in the beautiful Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW - where you will be invited into a sacred time of deep nurturing and self-healing. We can't wait to share it with you!


ACCOMMODATION:
Please note that this is a residential course, so you must be available to stay on-site for the duration. 7 nights' accommodation is already included in the advertised price. Most of the rooms are twin or triple share, so you are about to meet some new best friends and share some amazing experiences! We will connect with you closer to the time to organise your room allocation.

There is a discount offered to Byron Bay locals who do not wish to stay on site (although we still recommend staying at our beautiful venue if possible). 


FOOD AND DRINK:
This retreat is self-catered, offering you some fantastic food flexibility during your stay and allowing you to enjoy the beautiful cuisine of Byron and surrounds.

Byron Bay boasts an impressive dining scene with take-out or dine-in foods for every taste and budget. There is also a Woolworths, ALDI and a range of organic grocery stores in the centre of town. You’re staying in a fully equipped retreat venue, with a full chef's kitchen and shared fridge in which to keep your provisions.

We understand that not all of our students have access to a car, so carpooling is a common practice among participants. Typically, students go out to purchase food on Monday upon arrival and may do so again on one or two evenings in the week after class concludes.

To make things easier, we recommend bringing pre-made meals that can be quickly heated on the stove or in the microwave—or enjoyed as they are—so you can relax and recharge after a full day.

To honour Gary Young's teachings about health, there will be no black tea, coffee, sugar or alcohol at the training. 

OILS NEEDED:
You will need to bring a Feelings Kit to your MasterClass, and a bottle of carrier oil (such as Young Living’s V6 massage oil, or coconut or olive oil). The Feelings Kit contains the oil blends of: Valor, Harmony, Forgiveness, Inner Child, Release and Present Time.

The Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique also uses the following oils: Hope, Joy, White Angelica, Grounding, SARA, 3 Wise Men, Transformation, Dream Catcher. If you have these oils, please bring them to your MasterClass. If not, you can pay a $55 hire fee for the use of these 8 extra oils over the duration of the course.

These oils are all available from Young Living Essential Oils. If you're not a current customer with Young Living, please reach out to the person who introduced you to Young Living or to our course for assistance. If you've lost contact with them or if you found us through other means, we'd love to help you to set up your own wholesale account, to order the oils you need for the course. This will save you 24% off retail price when you purchase your oils. By allowing us to assist you with setting up an account, it also means your account is linked to our own. This gives you ongoing support from us when it comes to any training and questions you may have around essential oils and oil-infused products.  


COSTS (includes course fees, a 300 page manual & accommodation): $2,895

The following payment structure must be followed; 

• Payment 1: Deposit – $500, payable upon booking via TryBooking.
• Balance: Payable up to 6 weeks before the course, with a flexible payment plan (fortnightly or monthly) of your choice.
