Fussy Eaters RECORDING
About
It is estimated that over 50% of children aged 2-5 will become picky about what they will and won’t eat. Some children reject foods they used to love, and some children phase out whole food groups. It isn’t uncommon for toddlers to only want bread or pasta, and perhaps just one or two fruits. And yet they often have no difficulty eating hot chips or biscuits! There is good reason for these changes that are occurring, and in this talk we explore why it’s happening, and how you can respond.
In this 1 ½ hour session, we will cover:
What changes you can expect to see in their eating habits
Why we get fussy eaters
When you should be concerned
Strategies for encouraging healthy eating
Who we can turn to for help
