If you love food, are a cooking enthusiast or passionate about sustainability, then this drop-in workshop is for you! 🍽️♻️🙌

Join Waste Educator Laura Monisse for an engaging drop-in session on reducing food waste in the kitchen and learn practical things you can do in your own home. 🌱🙌♻️

Together, we'll make:
✅ Citrus peel vinegar
✅ Carrot top pesto
✅ Scrappy fruit kvass
✅ Scrappy vegetable stock

This will be an interactive session. You'll have the opportunity to see and help make each of the above 🙋‍♀️, complete a checklist of the different things you can do at home to reduce food waste, check out effective food storage techniques 💁‍♀️💁💁‍♂️, and develop a deeper understanding of your situation including the challenges, opportunities, and solutions.
