A yoga workshop for kids to calm emotions and build resilience for the new school year.Little Ripple Yoga and Mat Monkeys Yoga & Mindfulness are teaming up for a school holiday yoga workshop in January! The 3 hour workshop for kids aged 7 to 12 will include yoga, games, breathing and relaxation.
We’ll practice some yoga therapy for stress and anxiety before heading into the new school year, and do a fun craft activity that kids can take home with them. The session will also include a healthy morning tea.
Yoga mats, craft and morning tea will be provided. Kids will need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
