Crescent Moon - Single Launch (George Lane Matinee Sessions)
Tucked away in the corner of a pub or bar you will find Crescent Moon plying their trade with a combination of lap steel, twang and sweet three-part harmonies. Borrowing a little from Gram and George, and with a respectful nod to the more contemporary Ryan and Lucinda, Crescent Moon turn out a swag of originals and put their stamp on a selection of other composers’ work.
Described as well-travelled and eclectic mix of weaving, melody and tex-mex rhythms Crescent Moon sing of cattle, cars, canines, cold winter Sundays and the call of the sea.
