About
Singing about life, longing and constellations, three unique voices entwine in a luscious dance of harmony, rhythm and body percussion: potent evidence of the whole transcending the sum of its parts.
Drawn together by their deep passion for creating harmony, in community as much as in music, Songrise are Emily Hayes, Flip Case and Nicki Johnson.
“All the Way Home”: Melbourne duo, Craig Barrie and Nicki Johnson, craft original folky tunes seductively spiced with a hint of pop: catchy riffs, toe-tapping rhythms, sweet ukulele and delicious harmonies wrapped around joyful and intimate stories of being human, losing yourself and finding your place
