Every Thursday evening, we dance in the dark to a mixed bad of fun tunes. No routines, no teacher, no judgement 😊You can just turn your brain off and move and I’m sure you’ll find that it’s not just a fun way to get more exercise but also a mental reset.
Also, we love receiving song requests because it’s always fun to dance to tunes you love so feel free to let us know if you have something in mind

We’d love to have you on our dance floor!
PS: It will be quite dark - that’s how we like it (please no phones etc that will light up the room), but don’t worry, you won’t bump into anyone 😊
PPS: You can wear whatever you like, most people come in exercise clothes in case you’re wondering
PPPS: Don’t be shy to come by yourself. Most of us come alone and we have a great bunch of people.
