WBC 2025/26 Membership Renewal
WELCOME BACK.
The WBC uses TryBooking as the preferred method to renew your membership. Payment may be made by credit card, ApplePay or PayPal. Note that there is a 50 cent processing fee for TryBooking and PayPal charges an extra 0.5% on top. If you would prefer to make your payment using your bank's internet-based direct account transfer, stop now, do not use this website. Please use the paper-based form found on our website or contact the membership secretary.
The TryBooking process consists of four easy steps. IMPORTANT: The four steps must be completed from this page through to payment for each member, in turn - do not try to renew multiple members in a single payment.
How it works (don't worry, we will lead you through it...):
- Step 1 (this page): We outline the risks, and the obligations of members, as well as the terms and conditions of membership.
- Step 2: Select the ticket item according to the membership type that you are renewing. Note that you can no longer purchase the option to receive hard-copies of Walklines as this is now delivered by email only.
- Step 3: Confirm your membership type, and other details. NOTE that we no longer need to collect your personal details on TryBooking, although you have the option of providing details. Please remember to review and update your contact details directly into OnTrax. If you do not have access to OnTrax, you should enter your contact details here.
- Step 4: This last step processes your payment and confirms the completion of the process. You will receive a confirmation email. For credit card payment the payer needs to enter their card details, name, address, home phone number and email address details. If paying by PayPal you will be re-directed to the PayPal site to set up the payment and then you will confirm your phone number and email address for the receipt. For ApplePay, all the details are collected from Apple and your receipt will be sent to the email address Apple have for you.
TIPS
- Start Step 1 With No Shopping Cart - If you are in the middle of using TryBooking and you do not complete the process (such as being interrupted, losing connection etc.), a shopping cart may appear in the top right-hand corner of the page, and it may have a previously selected membership fee (ticket) inside it. You need to clear the cart before you restart the process - click on the cart and click 'x remove'. If you do not start with an empty cart (no cart appears) then you will not be able to select your membership at Step 2 - the tickets will be greyed out. The shopping cart should only appear once you have selected your membership in Step 2.
- Click on Text for List Boxes - Some items in Step 3 require you to choose one or more options from a list. For the list of items to appear you need to click on the text, not the down arrow to the right of the item.
