This 2-day workshop deepens the principles of S.A.F.E.T.Y. and P.R.E.S.E.N.C.E., offering somatic tools to help clients move beyond trauma and embody new ways of being.Through developmental movement patterns, the qualities of movement, and principles of titration and pendulation, participants will learn to guide clients toward freedom, rhythm, and embodied presence. Inspired by leading somatic pioneers, this immersive experience fosters growth and healing for both therapists and clients.
Take time for self-nourishment by arriving early or staying longer to integrate the work.
