Followed by 60 minutes of deep relaxation as Valli Maine's captivating sound healing envelopes you, bringing you into a profound physical, mental and emotional balance.
Restorative Yin Yoga is a practice that encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Suitable for all levels of experience, restorative yin yoga is practised focusing on long-held, gentle postures while listening to the sounds of the waves all around you.
Please arrive 10 mins early to get settled in, have a cup of herbal tea. Welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
