Pennant – Pennant is the largest competition in Victoria and the most popular competition for our members.

Cost:  $40 per person based on 6 players per team (excluding balls).

*The additional cost for balls will be calculated once teams have been allocated.  Team captains must pay for balls on collection.

Please note our Terms & Conditions:
  
1.   All teams require a Team Captain, and without one the team could not exist. The Captain is responsible for organising the roster, liaising with the Senior Co-ordinators for emergency players, collecting the ball fees (if applicable), and entering the scores on the relevant systems. If no-one nominates for this position the Senior Co-ordinators will select them from the team. 

2.  Teams are provided with cans of balls by the Club at the start of the season. Where applicable, balls are collected and paid for by the Captain. Players must reimburse the Captain for their share of the ball fees.

3.  To be considered for nomination for any competition, you must be/or become, a member of the East Malvern Tennis Club prior to the start of the season, and your membership fees must be paid in full.

4.  Please consider very carefully your availability before committing yourself for nomination. You have a responsibility to yourself, your team and the Club to play when rostered. You are expected to always advise your Team Captain of unavailability as soon as you become aware, especially after the roster has been done.

5.  Fines by the Associations that we expect the team to pay back to the Club (ranging from $15 to $55):
(a)  Team forfeits.
(b)  Playing out of their nominated order.
(c)  Late entry of results
Exemptions may be granted at the discretion of the Senior Co-ordinators.
