About
The postnatal and early parenting workshop is run on one evening and will commence at 6pm. The evening will run for approx. 2hrs and 30 mins. The workshop will cover topics related to the postnatal period and early parenting up to 6 weeks including, the first days of recovery, breastfeeding and breast changes, hormonal changes, sleep, partner involvement, newborn behaviour and caring for your baby. It will provide practical skills that may be useful during this time.Location
