This is a face-to-face training.$215 per participant, includes workbook and full day catering.
Registrations must be received by Tuesday 1st April 2025, no refunds available after 5 pm 4th April 2025.
Our micro skills are the foundation of all client work, and essential to engagement and rapport building.
Micro skills are a practitioner’s “tools of the trade” and as a tradesman must be familiar with all of their tools, knowing not only their function, but when and how to use them, so too should a human services worker know when and how to use their micro skills.
This is a very “hands on” workshop with plenty of opportunity for participants to practice their skills in a safe and supported learning environment.
