While this realisation may be disheartening, it's also an opportunity to view the kitchen as the easiest place to begin reducing plastic in your life.
In this free presentation, Anna will guide you through various ways to eliminate plastic from different areas of kitchen life, including food storage and preparation, packaging, food shopping, cleaning, and more. The session includes a display of interesting and useful resources and books, a follow-up document with key takeaways, a list of additional resources, and links to waste-fighting recipes and articles.
