Join the Australian Local Government Woman's Association WA Branch in partnership with the City of Rockingham on Friday 14 March 2025 for International Womens Day 2025.Join with us to hear from guest speaker Jasmin Diab, CSC so collectively, we can Accelerate Action for gender equality.
Jasmin describes herself, somewhat modestly, as a mum, leader,
nerd and diversity advocate. She is the the MD of Global Nuclear Security Partners Australia, President of Women in Nuclear Australia, the Oceania representative on the Women in Nuclear Global exec, a Senior Associate with Mettle Global, member of ARPANSA and 2025/26 Superstars of STEM candidate.
At the current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, five generations from now, to reach full gender parity. Accelerate Action emphasizes taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. It calls urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres.
