Join me for a morning of nourishing yourself from the inside out. I am hosting a morning of Yoga and lunch at the beautiful and historic Hilton Homestead in Mandurama to celebrate the winter Solstice.I will be guiding you through a morning Flow class, suitable for all levels and a restorative Yoga class on the Sunday morning; you can find more details of my Yoga style and experience here.
Alongside the yoga classes, you will be nourished with a delicious morning tea and Ayurvedic style vegetarian lunch, you will be nourished inside and out.
There are only 10 spots available
Morning Schedule:
Sunday
9am -9:45am - Flow Yoga
10am -10:30am - Morning tea
10:45am - 11:45am - Restorative Yoga
12pm - 1pm - Lunch
1pm - Farewell
The classes will be suitable for all levels and the morning is designed for you to escape your busy lives and enjoy being looked after by me for the morning.
