This interactive 4.5 hour online workshop is designed for frontline workers including, but not limited to, retail, call centre, collections, customer services, complaints handling, case managers or anyone exposed to difficult interactions in the workplace.This workshop was designed by Uniting Lifeline Melbourne and Ballarat and is facilitated by 2 accredited Lifeline trainers.
