An effective career development plan will help you explore options aligned to interest, skills and opportunities, provide direction and guidance, and empower you to pursue and achieve your goals. With this in place, you can see what actions and behaviours will yield a tangible impact for your career progression.The Career Chat will focus on what goals you want to set, put in place clear actions and measures so you can grow and succeed. Importantly, your career cevelopment is driven by you! Once you’ve had your Career Chat, we recommend you include it in your PDR process and regularly discuss the details with your line manager.
