Nostalgic Scents: a Lecture and Workshop on Memory
Step back in time and immerse yourself in the rich history of Geelong through the power of scent.
Our expert speaker, Alex Bahar-Fuchs, is a clinical neuropsychologist and researcher who will discuss their research on how scents can help train your brain by improving episodic memory and assist with conditions such as Alzheimer’s. Following the talk, participate in an engaging memory game that uses historical scents of Geelong to test and train your day-to-day memory.
