The AGM and lunch will be held at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise.
Pre drinks from 12noon - Monaco II Room
Annual General Meeting 12:30 - Monaco II Room
Lunch - 1245 onwards
Please note all financial members and transferring members are welcome to attend. However, to vote or contribute during the AGM your 2025 club membership fees, transferal documentation and payment of club fees are to be processed with the secretary and treasurer by 5pm Monday 10th February.
