Calling all community groups, sports clubs, children's services, childcare providers and organisations that provide a service to families in the Central Highlands

Join us at the What's On in Emerald Expo for 2025! Book a stall to showcase what you can offer for children and families.

• Regular sites are 3m x 3m, if you require more space, please book a large site and indicate your size requirements. 
• All materials and furniture to set up your stall is to be provided by the stall holder. No site maps will be allocated, each store holder will pick their spot-on arrival.
• HIA building will be open from 8am the morning of the markets for you to come and set up your site. 
• All volunteer's children and items are your responsibility to keep safe and supervised. 
• Stall holders are welcome to hold their own raffles, sell tickets of merchandise but please no food/drinks. Emerald Show Society will be holding a food and refreshments stall. 
• If you hold public liability insurance, please send it through to our general manager at admin@emeraldshow.org.au if you don't please contact us so we can make arrangements.
