Join us for a B-cycle update webinar, where we’ll share the latest on the Scheme Review process and what’s ahead for B-cycle 2.0.Over the past months, the Battery Stewardship Council (BSC) has received valuable feedback from industry, government, and key stakeholders. This input has been carefully considered and integrated into a revised Scheme design that strengthens the future of battery stewardship in Australia.
As part of this process, BSC has now submitted the draft re-authorisation application to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). This marks a critical step in securing B-cycle’s long-term future, with a final determination expected in the first half of 2025. The Proposed Final Design, which was developed based on extensive consultation, will form the basis of this decision.
