Presented by Nunawading Basketball in collaboration with Fernwood Fitness Mitcham, we have created a fitness program that is targeted at women and mums. Swish & Sweat is a fitness class that involves some basketball skills/drills to encourage women to get back into basketball and keep fit at a low cost!
