This immersive training is designed to support teachers in delivering safe, informed, and deeply engaging Yin classes. With only twelve places available, this small-group experience ensures personalised guidance, allowing each participant to feel acknowledged and seen.

The course covers essential foundations—Yin anatomy, class planning, and teaching methodology—while also guiding you beyond the physical body.

You’ll explore the energetic aspects of Yin Yoga through Traditional Chinese philosophy, the Meridians, the Five Elements, and mindfulness. Learn to take your students on a journey beyond the physical form with confidence, weaving in philosophy and energetic awareness to enrich your classes. This training will also offer insights that deepen your personal practice, both on and off the mat.

Course Modules

• Introduction to Yin Yoga –  Includes 90 minutes of online pre-learning.
• Yin Yoga Functional Anatomy
• Teaching Methodology – The seven Yin Yoga archetypes, props, modifications, sequencing, language, theming, trauma awareness, and teaching skills.
• The Energetics of Yin – Traditional Chinese Philosophy, the Five Elements, and the primary Yin-Yang meridians.
• Daily Yin Practice
• Practical Teaching Sessions – Hands-on experience to refine your skills.

Weekend One:

• Friday 25^th July - 3pm to 7pm
• Saturday 26^th July - 9am to 5:30pm
• Sunday 27^th July - 9am to 5:30pm

Weekend Two:

• Friday 1^st August - 3pm to 7pm
• Saturday 2^nd August - 9am to 5:30pm
• Sunday 3^rd August - 9am to 5:30pm

Course Exchange:

• Early Bird paid in full before Friday 11th April 2025 - AU$1150*
• Full Price after Saturday 12th April 2025 - AU$1350* (Final balance due Friday 4th July 2025.)
