TRUE NORTH is an 8-week transformative journey to prepare you emotionally, mentally, and practically for fatherhood.

Join a group of up to 6 men where you will learn how to navigate the intensity of labour, postnatal life, and fatherhood with embodied clarity and confidence.

Drawing on evidence based emotional intelligence frameworks, personal experience, expert guests and over a decade working with men, TRUE NORTH is a truly unique orientation to fatherhood.
