This is your invitation to take some much needed time out yourself a night of self-care time to fill that cup!Join us for our monthly Cacao & Drumming evening. A beautiful heart opening cacao ceremony & meditation session along with the earthly sound healing of medicine drums! BYO water bottle and if you want a pillow for when laying down (yoga mats now provided).
Thanks to the amazing support from the Gold Coast City Councils Active & Healthy program these events are only $10 per person (plus booking fee).
1st Thursday of each month, 7pm - Cacao & Drumming
3rd Thursday of each month, 7pm - Creative Therapy & Sound Healing
