2025 SHPA Class Contribution Fund
The Class Contribution Fund (CCF) was created as a way for parents to contribute to events happening in their classroom and the school without having to be continually asked for money. The parents association voted to collect money in this fashion to lessen the burden on Class Representitives and individual parents. It has been a very successful model and will continue in 2025.
It is a compulsory payment of $55* PER STUDENT at Sandringham House.
The Sandringham House Parents Association (SHPA) collects this money on behalf of the parent community to pay for various School and Class events and activities throughout the year as described below. All SHPA and Class events and activities are fun to get involved in and run entirely by parent volunteers.
The Class Reps will use a portion of these funds to: purchase teacher and staff gifts, host end of year class parties and/or gifts, hold other activities on behalf of the class. SHPA uses the remaining CCF funds to run the following events and activities:
- Mother's Day gift
- Father's Day gift
- Teacher Appreciation Day
- Leaving Bear fund
SHPA only accept the CCF payment via a credit card payment through TryBooking**. Please ensure you make a CCF payment per child enrolled at Sandy House.

* The CCF amount is pro-rated for students commencing at the School in terms 2, 3 and 4 (please select the relevant 'Session' below)
