To honour International Women’s Day 2025, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Positive Aid supporting HIV/AIDS prevention & care, health literacy and maternal & child health in rural Kenya.
Presented by Lauren Beatty (Psychologist), this workshop is for m/others of all ages and stages, and includes:
- A guided meditation/somatic practice
- Creative journalling using collage
- An opportunity (but not an expectation) to share and discuss.
Baby & child friendly. No experience required.
Ticket fee: $20 (+$1 booking fee)
Bookings close: 5/3/25
Bring: journal/paper, photo of yourself, collage materials/magazines with FLOWERS, glue, scissors, colour pens
