2025 Developing Umpire Group
About
To build and develop a group of similar aged (16-22) umpires across NSW as a support group and to provide further education opportunities to extend their knowledge past Association level.The program is set to provide opportunities for umpires to receive practical coaching at representative events as well as participate in face to face and online education sessions.
Umpires in this group will hold a current C or B Badge, with a current Rules of Netball Exam result.
Invitations will be sent to umpires based on observations across the 2024 competition calendar, including Junior State Titles, Senior State Titles, Regional League, and the Regional Academy of Sport Program.
Umpires for this group will be recommended by the Netball NSW Umpire Workforce.
Invitations may be sent to umpires based on nominations received from association umpire convenors.
The program will be delivered by experienced National AA, A & B umpires across NSW.
