This workshop is open to new and experienced SVHM Non-Clinical and Health-Support employees in the St George's Health Service Kew precinct, including Berengarra, Auburn House, Prague House, Normandy House and Caritas Christi.

• Self-management techniques to improve your effectiveness and wellbeing
• Time management tips and putting them into action
• Tools to support managing your workload.
An in-person, interactive, engaging and comfortable learning environment will be provided at SGHS Kew.
