Saturday morning Yoga to start your weekend off on the right foot. Classes focus on creating a space where you can breathe, move, and rest amidst the busyness of life. Each class is gentle and breath-centered, helping you connect with your body and find moments of stillness.Please BYO Yoga mat and drink bottle, if you don't have one please reach out to me and I will see what I can do.
Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before class begins.
DIRECTIONS
Park in the top car park, come down the steps towards TarraWarra. You will come to a deck at the front of the restaurant and the CELLAR DOOR is to your left. Class is inside the CELLAR DOOR. We may do some classes on the deck if the weather allows.
