In this 5 hour workshop participants will learn how to carve their very own spoon to take home with them. You will learn how to safely use a number of carving tools and become familiar with working with timber grain. Spoon carving is an excellent starter project as you learn so much about wood and how to efficiently and safely use some essential carving tools. The workshop is suitable for beginners and those wanting to brush up on their carving skills. You will also learn how to sand, burnish and oil your spoon to achieve a beautiful finish.Date
