This two-hour no-gi jiu-jitsu workshop, led by black belt Hope Tabak and featuring rising stars Mia Tabak and Matilda Reid, offers a unique opportunity to learn from some of the most promising athletes in the sport. The seminar will cover essential no-gi crab ride techniques suitable for all levels, with a focus on dynamic transitions and back take finishes. There will be time for specific training, trouble shoots and rolling. All proceeds from the event will support the girls as they continue to pursue their jiu-jitsu careers.
