The full-day workshop for women starts the conversation about beauty ideals & social media, social comparison & unrealistic standards, nutrition & diet culture, and navigating connection and relationships in the modern era.
Each workshop will educate, inspire and provide practical skills/tools for women when faced with 21st century challenges.
This event is in collaboration with Emma Tabacaru (Pippin Girl), Ashlee Thomas (The Secret Burden), Angelica Pupillo (This is Your Body) & Jess Prout (Provisional Psychologist/Sexologist).
