St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and Harm Reduction Victoria have partnered to provide interactive education workshops on hepatitis C. Join us as we delve into the transmission, diagnosis, impacts of living with this virus & most importantly, the CURE! These workshops are delivered by a highly experienced harm reduction worker from Harm Reduction Victoria and the Victorian Viral Hepatitis Educator from St Vincent’s Hospital.* Increase your understanding of transmission, testing and diagnosis of hepatitis C
* Learn about the antiviral medications that are changing people’s lives
* Gain an insight into living with hepatitis C and the treatment journey by a person with lived experience
* Watch a practical demonstration of the risks of transmission during the mixing up and injecting process.
