About
Each July, the Mowanjum Arts Centre hosts this unique celebration of the vibrant, living culture of the Woddorda, Ngarinyin and Wunambal peoples.
Through the sharing of Junba (traditional dance), music, singing and storytelling, this festival has attracted thousands of national and international visitors, travelling to witness and take part in Western Australia’s largest open-access cultural celebration. Performers hail from the three tribes of the Mowanjum community as well as those from over the Kimberley and NT regions.
