We all know that every glass of gin should be paired with a beautiful coaster to siton - no mess, no drips!
Unleash your creativity in a beginners workshop run by Margarita from Hey Margarita Store, where you'll learn the art of upcycling fabric into your own fabulous coaster creation…. while enjoying a Imbue drink!
Margarita is a Melbourne based textile artist, using traditional fabric braiding techniques in a contemporary genre, focusing on creating and educating people about the environmental impact of textile waste, and rethinking our relationship with discarded materials.
An arrival drink of your choice (soft drink/gin & tonic/beer/cocktail of the day) is included in your ticket price and additional drinks and snacks can be purchased off the menu.
All materials and tools are provided and no prior experience is necessary for this event, however feel free to bring in an old garment of clothing or bedding that can be worked into your coaster.
