Book a One-on-One tech help session!Join our one-on-one sessions, where we’ll work together to set tech goals and help you achieve them. Choose from:
4-Week Package: Commit to a one-hour session each week for four weeks. We’ll set personalised tech goals and collaborate on reaching them. Please note, full commitment to all four sessions is required when booking.
30-Minute Single Session: Bring your own device for a one-time, 30-minute session of focused assistance.
Due to high demand, only one booking per person, per week.
Support is available for using devices, applications, and browsers. We don’t cover issues related to security, repairs, or purchase recommendations. Please note, we cannot assist with online banking-related problems for privacy reasons.
