Discover a sense of belonging & meaning through community, craft, shared stories, embodiment practices, poetry, writing prompts, & a shamanic drumming journey to follow the threads of your Soul.
Held in Sacred Space by Ceremonialist & Psychologist, Rachael Torcasio.
Each month you are invited to sit in circle for a ‘Ceremony with Soul’, where we will journey through themes of loss such as:
loss of self-love,
loss of identity,
loss of confidence,
loss of a loved one,
disenfranchised loss,
loss of relationships,
loss of connection to culture,
loss of boundaries, loss of health,
loss of spirituality & more.
In March we will explore themes around loss of connection to ‘Soul’:
What is soul?
How do we lose Soul?
How is your Soul feeling?
What does your Soul need?
How to begin reconciling with Soul?
Who is your authentic Soul self?
What is your Souls true path/purpose
